Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Fashion Design, Technical Design or related field from a well reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Art & Sketch, Fashion Design, Product Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create seasonal trend and concept boards, ensuring that there's a pipeline of new products for customers
∎ Design original placement graphics and AOP prints for all product categories
∎ Find out new market fashion trends and to work out of them
∎ Creation of fashion design that suits the company brand
∎ Develop new collection for every season specially three piece
∎ Making new accessories design for upcoming collections
∎ Analyze trends in fabrics, colors and shapes
∎ Conduct brainstorming, designing and producing concepts
∎ Develop design ideas through coordination with merchandising and customers
∎ Supervising or working with design team members
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about product development process.
∎ Must have experience with mood boards, drawing/sketching, tech pack production, digital product creation and visual presentation development.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
