Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of new design from idea generation to the final product.
∎ Drive forward product development with innovative design.
∎ Conceptualize, create and help execute season wise lines.
∎ Understand the different fabric qualities/pattern making/fits/technical aspects of garment construction.
∎ Knowledge to understand and design the seasonal embroidery, print and other seasonal embellishment inspiration.
∎ Ability to understand the seasonal colour trend and material trend.
∎ Should have wide knowledge about fashion trends.
∎ Capable to understand the production feasibility of development product.
∎ Follow-up sample (Proto. development. Fit, Size set).
∎ Follow-up pre-production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Strong knowledge of all kind of fabric & Fabric washing.
∎ Basic Technical, pattern making & sewing knowledge.
∎ Creative, visionary and has a passion for fashion.
∎ A good eye for colour, texture and shape.
∎ A proven record of success in coordinating design & product development work.
∎ Customer focused & should have a good social connection.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Garments, Retail store.
