∎ Bachelor degree in Fashion Design Technology from BIFT/ Shanto-Mariam/ Prime Asia/ Ahsanullah
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Seeking female designer who is Innovative, Energetic & Progressive and understand what it takes to get the job done to establish a signature brand.
∎ Categories of interest include Babywear, kids wear, Men`s & Ladies casualwear. The incumbent should have hands on experience on the following functions:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to understand the concepts and trends of global fashion industries
∎ A very good knowledge of fashion design/ development functions related to fashion industries is a must
∎ Solid sense of creating designs ensuring they reflect targeted market profiles
∎ Well updated with season wise international trends and their signatures.
∎ Ability to analyze & produce styles according to given standard.
∎ Have to have Idea bout Product design and development
∎ Must have basic technical knowledge of garment detailing and construction, pattern, fitting, etc.
∎ Ability to create graphic if required to support the offered/created design.
∎ Understanding of the retail market
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills
∎ Must be energetic and keen to learn new things
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge of wash techniques and various print media.
∎ Fabric knowledge is must.
∎ Candidate must be good at Adobe illustrator & Photoshop.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken, is essential
∎ Good communication skills.
