∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Technical Expertise: Capable of developing detailed technical sketches, flat patterns, specs, and repeat prints.
∎ Market & Fabric Knowledge: Conduct market research; understand fabrics, sourcing, and design specifically for kids’, girls’, and boys’ ethnic wear.
∎ Category Experience: Must have experience designing kids’ and teens’ ethnic outfits like sarees, tops, kameez sets, kurtis, panjabis, and shirts.
∎ Project & Process Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently, maintain records of all design processes, and ensure timely delivery of all design outputs.
∎ Creative Design Skills: Must have strong fashion sense with proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and hand sketching; artistic ability is a big plus.
∎ Trend-Driven: Should create original, trend-aware designs aligned with Sadakalo’s brand aesthetics and seasonal collections.
