• Must have practical experience in PVC pipe manufacturing factory operations.
• Must have the ability to manage and supervise 70–80 employees and workers.Strong knowledge of production management, factory administration, and daily operational activities.
• Previous experience in VAT-related activities, accounts, compliance, and documentation is mandatory.
• Ability to supervise employees and maintain workplace discipline.Strong knowledge of production planning, cost control, raw material management, and wastage reduction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 6–8 years of practical experience in managing a PVC Pipe Manufacturing Factory.
• Candidates with direct experience in overall factory management will be given preference.

Job Context: Bongo PVC Pipe Industry is looking for an experienced, skilled, and responsible Factory Manager to oversee and manage the overall factory operations, production activities, administration, and workforce management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth factory operations, achieving production targets, controlling production costs, maintaining discipline, and supervising VAT-related activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all factory operations, including production, administration, and daily activities.
• Develop and implement production plans to achieve the company's production targets.
• Manage and supervise approximately 70–80 employees and workers.
• Monitor production costs, raw material consumption, and wastage to ensure operational efficiency.
• Supervise VAT-related activities, records, accounts, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain factory discipline, workplace safety, and a healthy working environment.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
• Identify operational problems and take necessary corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and regularly update management on factory performance.
