Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading the factory team to meet production targets
∎ Handle Milling, boiling, and parboiling section
∎ Ensuring quality control and safety standards
∎ Develop and implement production plans for the milling, boiling, and parboiling sections to meet production targets.
∎ Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and other essential resources.
∎ Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and market trends.
∎ Analyze production capacity and plan resource allocation to avoid bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
∎ Monitor and manage the maintenance schedule to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal condition.
∎ Plan and conduct staff training to enhance operational efficiency and maintain safety standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and environmental regulations
