Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for Piece rated monthly Wages & Fixed Salary Preparation
∎ Ensure production Quantity & Floor declaration rate
∎ Responsible for Wages & Salary disbursement
∎ Responsible for Petty cash allocation
∎ Able to execute overall factory cost control parameter & perfect fully able to cost in curt assessment.
∎ Responsible for all bill voucher check & verify.
∎ Able to prepare monthly style wise WIP & Finished goods report with valuation.
∎ Properly communicate with Yarn store and General store for materials Receiving as per work order/P.I and issuing as per s.r & consumption sheet
∎ Ensure all materials stored as per M.R.R report & challan
∎ Ensure timely all store register book keeping properly as per M.R.R report & S.R
∎ Able to P.O wise monthly consumption report Job cost as per cost sheet and actual consumption
∎ Able to check, verify & count monthly physical stock inventory.
∎ Follow up all data, records, reports, formats, statement, Registers of store departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards
∎ To coordinate Compliance, HR, Admin and Production department during compliance audit.
∎ Monitors security system, Warehouse system
∎ Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have expert of MS Excel, MS Word
∎ Should have sound knowledge about E.R.P (Tally)
