Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Communications skills (both written and oral in English), IT Skills, Multitasking, Recordkeeping

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education, Education Administration/ Management, General Administration, Suppliers and Vendor Management, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Job Responsibilities:
∎ School-Related
∎ Work with internal stakeholders (teachers or operations staff) to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
∎ Assist Administration and Teachers in meeting the requirements as and when required
∎ Teachers need to fill out a purchase requisition if any school materials purchase is required. These forms are available at the reception office and on the school drive
∎ Arrange emergency/urgent repairs & maintenance of school as directed by Administration or Building Supervisor
∎ Maintain the uninterrupted provision of necessary supplies.
∎ Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices on a regular basis
∎ Receive orders from various departments
∎ Keep a record of supplies inventory and order items as necessary
∎ Establish and maintain contact with management of services providers (Security Guards, Cleaners, transport)
∎ Be available to assist during school events as necessary
∎ Establish and maintain good public relations
∎ Keep management always informed
∎ Expat staff housing
∎ Search suitable accommodation for new overseas employees following guidelines from school management
∎ Negotiation of housing lease agreements
∎ Prepare inventory of school provided assets and supplies for expat staff apartments
∎ Prepare checklist and purchase school provided assets and supplies for new expat staff apartments
∎ Survey teachers' housing for readiness to receive newly arriving teachers. Create and follow a list of all necessary jobs that need to be done. Personally check all items on the list before giving the keys to new teachers
∎ Monitor and follow up of repairing & maintenance work of expat staff accommodation
∎ Manage work orders for teachers' housing, keep records of all performed maintenance
∎ Guiding new expat teachers for smooth transition and settling in Dhaka
∎ Prepare monthly report on all payments due related to the accommodation like house rent, electricity bill, gas bill, cable connection, internet, etc
∎ School Transportation
∎ Supervise school transportation on day-to-day basis to ensure smooth functioning
∎ Ensure expat staff and students pick up and drop off schedule
∎ Supervise roaster of drivers
∎ Keep track of vehicle movements
∎ Daily check and sign off the vehicle logbook; weekly prepare the summary sheet and monthly the report.
∎ Ensure school transportation is available for expat staff banking, weekend shopping and airport trips
∎ Ensure school transport is available for student's extracurricular trips
∎ Ensure safe and efficient school bus route planning and scheduling for student transportation to and from school and school events
∎ Compliance Task
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during Covid prevention time
∎ Identifying and implementing local compliance norms regarding the efficient functioning of the school and the apartments.
∎ In cooperation with the Fire Service, to be responsible for the installation and maintenance of all firefighting and fire alarm systems. To ensure the maintenance and periodic checking of fire and other safety equipment by specialist contractors. To undertake the operation and periodic checking of the fire alarm system and equipment as detailed in the Fire Safety logbook.
∎ To initiate and record regular fire drills.
∎ Establish contact with various departments related to school and accommodation utilities and safety services - Fire Service Department, DESCO, Water Authority, LPG suppliers, Internet provider, Department of livestock, etc
∎ Necessary work and follow up related to VISA, Work permit, Bank account opening, Security Clearance etc. of expat staff.
∎ Attend to emergencies outside the normal school hours
∎ Other tasks as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
