∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently
∎ Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries
∎ Communicate with customer on their daily bookings
∎ Communicate and handle customer complaints appropriately
∎ Perform order processing through various carriers’ systems and Perform shipping instruction submissions before cut off timings
∎ Perform transportation coordination with overseas offices and transshipments points on a regular and timely basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have an experience of 3 to 5 years in customer service in NVOCC business.
∎ Good in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word & Outlook;
∎ Sound knowledge about inventory management process;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English;
∎ Good analytical and presentation skill;
∎ Attitude to work with Team.
