∎ Skills Required: Graphics Design,Adobe Photoshop

Graphic Design (Computer Aided), UI Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
∎ Guide the team to craft beautifully composed layouts and deftly carved pixels
∎ Conducting user research and usability testing and gather feedback and guides our design decisions
∎ Understand product specifications, user motivations, business objectives, market opportunities and competition and user psychology
∎ Execute graphics, visual concepts, layouts, prototypes, and additional assets which bring integrity and consistency to the brand through all areas of marketing including print materials, email communication, and websites.
∎ Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management
∎ Coordinate with UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and more
∎ Develop mockups for our development and design team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent understanding of standard design processes and strong design skills
∎ Dedication to creating appealing, function and intuitive interfaces that are clean and modern
∎ Accurate and thorough visual concepts, layout, typography, color, graphics, icons, illustrations, guidelines, specs, templates, and functional wireframes.
∎ Strong conceptual thinking and clean visual design sense
∎ Ability to understand how to present UI design specifications in a way that software developers can implement them efficiently
∎ Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of design software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
∎ Portfolio demonstrating strong understanding of visual design, UI design and front-end development
∎ Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
∎ Strong portfolio of design projects
∎ Background in project management and research
∎ Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
∎ Analytical and creative mind with a business acumen
∎ Excellent communication skills
