Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collection of purchase requirements submitted by concern department/Project.
∎ Quotation collection from various vendors/suppliers.
∎ Ensure checking of the price of procured goods by visiting the market frequently and prepare comparative statement.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of the requested materials.
∎ Collection & processing of bills for ensuring timely payment.
∎ Update vendor database on regular basis.
∎ Provide purchase related report when required.
