Experience:
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism
Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) in Marketing
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or related field.
Professional certifications in PR/Media Management/Corporate Affairs will be an added advantage.
Established network and direct access to top newspapers, TV channels, online news portals, and YouTube influencers.
Experience in managing press events, crisis communications, and corporate branding campaigns.
Strong bilingual (Bangla & English) communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Strategic communication and storytelling.
Strong media negotiation and networking abilities.
Expertise in crisis communication and reputation management.
Excellent digital communication and influencer management skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Reporting to the GM, the Media, PR & Corporate Communications Executive/Sr. Executive will manage the company’s communication strategy, including media relations, PR campaigns, influencer collaborations, and corporate affairs. The role requires strong connections with major Bangladeshi media outlets and influencers across TV, print, radio, and social platforms to enhance brand image, manage crises, and support business goals.
Media & Public Relations.
Develop and implement proactive media and PR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, TV and radio reporters, online portals, and YouTube influencers.
Draft and distribute press releases, news articles, op-eds, speeches, and media statements.
Organize press conferences, interviews, and corporate events.
Monitor media coverage and prepare detailed reports on reach, sentiment, and ROI.
Corporate Communications & Branding.
Lead all corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging across print, digital, and internal channels.
Create and manage high-quality communication materials: newsletters, brochures, annual reports, speeches, and corporate videos.
Track media coverage, analyze sentiment, and prepare reports on PR impact, budget and ROI.
Manage PR agencies, consultants, and external partners to maximize visibility.
