Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ 2–5 years of proven experience in graphic design, including print, packaging, motion graphics, and branding.
∎ Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
∎ Solid understanding of pre-press, printing processes, and color management.
∎ Experience in 3D design and motion graphics is a strong advantage.
∎ 2–5 years of proven experience in graphic design, including print, packaging, motion graphics, and branding.
∎ Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
∎ Solid understanding of pre-press, printing processes, and color management.
∎ Experience in 3D design and motion graphics is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design layouts for primary & secondary packaging.
∎ Create print-ready artwork for brochures, flyers, posters, POSM.
∎ Ensure accurate pre-press setup: bleed, color separation, die-lines.
∎ Design and update calendars, diaries, and offset materials.
∎ Collaborate with print team for color accuracy and output.
∎ Develop motion graphics for social media, videos, and presentations.
∎ Create digital branding assets: banners, thumbnails, covers.
∎ Design outdoor branding: banners, hoardings, signage, wall wraps.
∎ Maintain brand guideline consistency across all materials.
∎ Organize design files, backups, and documentation.
∎ Execute event branding: booths, backdrops, gates, stage panels.
∎ Develop 3D mockups for packaging and spatial branding.
∎ Design visuals for festive and annual campaigns.
∎ Produce corporate gift packaging and promotional items.
∎ Support CSR campaigns with tailored visuals.
∎ Create motion videos: explainers, intros, teasers.
∎ Participate in brand refresh, visual audits, and redesigns.
∎ Explore new trends and creative ideas.
∎ Attend photoshoots or print press checks as needed.
∎ Support internal visuals for presentations and reports.
