∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth coordination with the corporate office construction management team
∎ Coordination with design Consultants (Structural, Electrical and Plumbing) for the effective implementation of projects
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials
∎ Budgeting and estimating, their proper application to projects and control at the site
∎ Preparation and implementation of the project schedule as per targets set by Management
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
∎ Design and implementation of Training programs for site technical and non-technical staff
∎ Ensure quality works and quality products & Authentication/Certification of bills
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management from time to time
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Should be able to manage highest quality residential/commercial building construction
∎ Experience in basement construction (at least 2 basements)
