Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Service. Handling of corporate clients in line with their travel policies.
∎ Prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, visa, ticket booking in GDS or OTA etc.
∎ Provides information about travel destinations and accommodations
∎ Communicates with vendors of travel-related products to get the best deal
∎ Visits sites in advance of recommending to tourists
∎ Markets and sells holiday and other specialized tour packages
