Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA in Supply chain Management or PGDSCM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Clearing and Forwarding, Commercial, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Garments, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of all types export documents.
∎ Shipment booking to forwarder.
∎ Update online information in several software of buyers.
∎ Follow up and communication with factory and C&F agent for on time shipment.
∎ Submission of clear & correct export documents to Bank for on time payment.
∎ Follow up payment realization and PRC.
∎ Providing export documents to all related concern like as Incentives department, audit department etc.
∎ Coordination with concerned official, C&F, factory, forwarder and buyer in case of failure of handing over the export consignment to forwarder.
∎ Properly checking export order, export contract, UD & Export LC.
∎ Understanding about LC, Contract, Bank Reconciliation.
∎ TC for Bill / Organic cotton.
∎ Knowledge about bond & customs.
∎ Maintaining all files and registers of related work.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing.
∎ Ability to work as a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
