Responsibilities & Context:
∎ “Caffieo” looking for an energetic, dynamic and young professional for the following position.
∎ This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational Activities by look after under all the Finance & Administration.
∎ Performing to Cash management & Inventory Management.
∎ Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Maintain & Manage of all kind of day to day reports as per requirements of management.
∎ Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks.
∎ Maintain accurate payroll transactions and payments.
∎ Serve as the point of contact for all accounting and administrative inquiries at the site.
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple problems.
∎ Must be able to work & manage under constant deadline pressure and multiple duties of separate concern as assigned by the management.
