Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Night Shift (6:30 AM-3:30 AM)

∎ • Conducting inbound and outbound calls
∎ • Managing client communications effectively
∎ • Analyzing and refining business processes
∎ • Serving as a primary liaison between clients and the in-house team
∎ • Ensuring client satisfaction through efficient communication and problem resolution
