Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expertise, technical services, and training on the application of cement on concrete to customers and other stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate and record the tests of competitors' brands in concrete to find out the competitive advantage for the company and develop marginal gains of our product.
∎ Provide technical support for specific customers with special & big projects and assist sales generation.
∎ Complaint handling in respective areas and if needed to near areas outside the assigned job location.
∎ Maintain Relationships with key influencers (e.g., consultant engineers, contractors) in respective areas.
∎ To lead, engage, empower, coach, inspire, train, educate, and develop the team members.
∎ Ensure Health, Safety, and environmental policy requirements are strictly fulfilled.
∎ Ensure compliance with country laws, and regulations in company activities, Group and company policies, guidelines/standards like prevention of corruption, competition law, Human rights, etc. and implement company cultural & leadership principles.
∎ Any other relevant tasks (as maybe) assigned by the superior as and when required.
