∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Supply Chain will get a Preference
∎ Skills Required: Must have a good command of MS Office applications, Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial Supply, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Utilize strong sourcing skills to identify and procure goods and services that meet the needs of the organization
∎ Forecast demand and plan for contingencies to ensure continuity of supply
∎ Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
∎ Manage all aspects of procurement, from negotiation to delivery, to achieve the best possible terms and pricing for the company
∎ Foster positive relationships with suppliers through effective supplier relationship management
∎ Possess basic knowledge of global procurement practices and be able to implement them as needed
∎ Adhere to company policies regarding documentation and bill processing
∎ Perform any other necessary tasks as directed by management.
