Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with overseas suppliers for orders from order placement to delivery. Oversee problematic / urgent order requirements, ensuring both quality and urgency where necessary.
∎ Liaise with prospective suppliers relative to product, pricing and terms as well as Logistics / supply Chain considerations. Negotiate pricing / terms where required, and communicate outcomes internally.
∎ Assist Superior for distribution planning process to ensure the best balance of finished goods stock availability against minimal working capital utilisation.
∎ Communicate the production schedule throughout the business to all operation team and also commercial and sales.
∎ Contribute to all stock control activities
∎ Assess and implement appropriate KPI's to manage and communicate the supply chain activities
∎ Develop the business processes within the supply chain and the key interactions with other business areas.
∎ Work with IT team to develop business applications in the supply chain as part of continual process improvement.
∎ Assist Commercial team for preparing required documents and smooth delivery with custom Clarence of goods to meet customer satisfactions.
∎ Liaise with internal Business development team to develop new product in the business for future growth and sustainability. Ensure colleagues are up dated with relevant information and feedback is constructive.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in foreign supply chain for 3-4 yrs. Commercial knowledge is an advantage for this role.
∎ Having good command both in English & Bangla
∎ Proven success in negotiating commercially sound business agreements with supplier.
∎ Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver to budget / non-financial targets.
∎ Completed coaching and/or training qualification an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
