∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sure the monthly Inventory- Store wise/Category wise.
∎ Maintenance of proper storing system including a protective measure from all possible odds and constant monitoring.
∎ All types of material received as per material purchase requisition /work order/purchase order.
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain soft copy as well as a hard copy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition.
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips (MIS); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Checking, evaluating & register all general sales return, Short expiry, Damage issues, share with top management & finalized for the action plan.
∎ Responsible to initiate entire store operation & distribution management planning in view of smooth, quick, errorless acts & functions.
∎ Prepare stock inventory, Product in and out the report, analysis of Product life.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according to FIFO & LIFO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Supply chain, operating experience of Store-related software, the Advance level user of MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
∎ Integrity & confidentiality.
∎ Strong communication
