∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange receiving of all raw materials and spare parts agree with the quantity and quality mentioned in PO and place them in appropriate bin
∎ Recording and reconciling the raw materials and spare parts receive with the record
∎ Conduct physical verification of raw material and spare parts whether agree with the record in each month before providing monthly consumption report
∎ Raise material and spare parts purchase requisition with checking proper justification
∎ To ensure inventory management, efficient documentation of all incoming & outgoing products by Manually & ERP System
∎ Ensure proper operation of Raw material store, General Store and Finished Goods Store
∎ Coordinate with SCM, Production and Transport & Distribution
∎ Maintain the periodic stock reconciliation and prepare stock Valuation at any cut-off date
∎ Issuance of material with appropriate requisition and checking proper justifications
∎ Recording all the issued materials in accordance with proper cost center
∎ Update all the receiving and issuance of materials on daily basis
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Should be a Self-Starter, Proactive, Positive and Pleasant Personality with strong attitude to work with challenging and ever demanding situations
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
