Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cost Reduction by proper sourcing of RM/PM
∎ Customer satisfaction by better quality of RM & PM sourcing
∎ Develop the Commercial framework by engaging with the representative of the Companies.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Insurance Company , C& F Agents, Bank, Freight Forwarders etc. for smooth and timely operation.
∎ Liaison with Concerned Authorities for re-new all types of certificate such as IRC, BERC, Trade Associate Membership, Fire license etc. to due time.
∎ Maintain Co-ordinate for of all planning and ensure materials on time.
∎ Creating and Analyzing service level of raw materials.
∎ To regular market survey in order to develop alternative suppliers for price competitiveness, improved quality and enhance sourcing.
∎ Maintain a data base of all goods requisition, sourcing plan and delivery information and also assist the team members while assorting the work orders as per priority.
∎ Check and Confirm the terms and condition of Import L/C.
∎ Cross Checking with the factory about the quantity, quality of receipt materials.
∎ Perform NPD related work activities.
∎ Develop own knowledge about Import Policy.
∎ Avoid demurrage / penalty by proper monitoring.
∎ Responsible for cost effective for foreign and local purchase.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-6 years’ experience in commercial, procurement and supply chain related activities at FMCG Company.
∎ Computer/ Laptop : Operating System- Microsoft office, Application- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point,
∎ Email and Internet browsing.
∎ Foreign Language : Have to good in English (Writing & Speaking)
∎ Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Behavioral Skills:
∎ Out going
∎ Ability to take initiatives
∎ Work under minimum supervision
∎ Team work
∎ Leadership
