∎ Supply market analysis & negotiation skills.
∎ Good persuasion & communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing & engaging construction materials from reliable suppliers & vendors.
∎ Negotiations with suppliers & vendors to secure advantageous terms of pricing, quality & quantity.
∎ Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers & vendors to ensure on going feasibility.
∎ Overseeing and managing the inventory and the supply of goods and preparing procurement reports.
∎ Responsible for Procuring construction materials from local & foreign markets.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential suppliers.
∎ Process bills of the suppliers against the purchased order. Conform vendor’s payable balance from time to time.
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor.
