∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Budget planning, Data analysis, Literature preparation, Public speaking, Digital marketing knowledge;
∎ Must have excellent skill on Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for developing marketing campaigns / promotional plans for the assigned products in all the settings - diagnostics and sales team;
∎ Monitor the business performance of the assigned products and coordination with the sales team to ensure target achievement;
∎ Analyze existing market potential and also develop new product concept and propose new product launch of the assigned product line;
∎ Ensure preparation, development and implementation of all relevant marketing tools and materials (printed materials, tools, gift items etc.) for the assigned products;
∎ Engage with the targeted specialty doctors, time to time through field visits for product promotion, clarifying queries, collection of doctors’ feedback etc;
∎ Plan and organize CMEs & scientific seminar in relevant areas as and when required;
∎ Training and development of the sales teams, on the job support to them about new and existing product line;
∎ Engage with sales team in follow up meetings / review meetings - weekly and monthly;
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management when required.
