Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any special considerations or concerns
∎ Manage overall project fees and schedules;
∎ Provide leadership to staff;
∎ Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project;
∎ Coordinate and manage full life cycle projects and project teams;
∎ Coordinate and manage all phases of the design process;
∎ Managing materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines
∎ Reviewing bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered
∎ Working with architects to coordinate design details with construction plans
∎ Preparing progress reports for clients regularly throughout the project
∎ Creating dashboards, flow charts, grant charts, etc.
∎ Manage client relations.
∎ Attend and conduct presentations.
