Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Fine Arts, Graphics Design, Multimedia, or related discipline.
4–6 years of practical experience in Graphics Design (preferably in Pharmaceuticals / FMCG industry).
Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of printing processes, packaging standards, and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Job Purpose: The Executive/ Sr. Executive – Graphics Designer will be responsible for designing high-quality, creative, and regulatory-compliant artworks to support the renowned company’s pharmaceutical products, corporate branding, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Artwork Development
Create packaging designs, labels, inserts, cartons, and promotional materials as per DGDA guidelines.
Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, leaflets, newsletters, posters, banners, danglers, display boards, and event backdrops.
Ensure all designs reflect brand identity and maintain consistency.
Digital Media & Corporate Communication
Design content for company website, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
Support in developing multimedia content (video editing, motion graphics, infographics, presentations, etc.)
Compliance & Quality
Work closely with Regulatory Affairs and Product Management to finalize compliant artworks.
Ensure printing accuracy, proper color management, and quality control with vendors.
Collaboration & Support
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Printing vendors to deliver timely outputs.
Provide creative inputs for corporate events, product launches, seminars, and exhibitions.
Guide and mentor junior designers if required.
