Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project objectives, requirements, and target audience. Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of BTL marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, point-of-sale displays, and promotional merchandise.
∎ Create visually appealing layouts and graphics that align with brand guidelines and project briefs.
∎ Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality designs that meet client expectations and project deadlines.
∎ Stay updated on emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
∎ Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to clients and team members, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
∎ Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure the successful production and delivery of final design assets.
∎ Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring version control and easy access for future reference.
∎ Familiar with a variety of design tools suited for the online world.
∎ Excellent knowledge of branding material designs like product labels, packaging, covers, brochures, leaflets, social media kits, and outdoor branding materials.
∎ Understanding of layouts & usage of colors, good sense of typography, and design skills.
∎ Experience with both print and digital media.
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
∎ While experience in 3D design is a plus, it is not mandatory for this role.
