Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Site Electro-Mechanical work
∎ Follow up and liaison with Electro-Mechanical Consultants
∎ Collect quotation, evaluate them and prepare comparative analysis for Management decision
∎ Prepare Electro-Mechanical estimate/budget, required specification etc for different projects
∎ Prepare various Electro-Mechanical design and drawings for different projects
∎ Perform any other tasks and assigned by Engineering department and Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge of Real Estate
∎ Hardworking
∎ Self motivated
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply
