Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/Masters / MBA (in Accounting/ Management) from any reputed institution.
∎ Candidates from Public University will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have vast knowledge on Supply chain activities, Banking related activities, all L/C matters, Retirement process of Shipping documents, Port customs issues, shipping line related issues. Transport & Distribution related works.
∎ To look after all activities regarding clearing and forwarding agents, customs & port authority.
∎ To handle all customs duties, Tax, VAT etc. for different concerns of Bashundhara Group.
∎ Everyday cargo monitoring, tracking cargo position and arranging necessary clearing of the goods from customs & Port authority in due time.
∎ Taking care of transportation matters of the imported goods from port to relevant factories for ensuring smooth operation.
∎ Maintaining liaison with C&F agent, Shipping agent for in time documents sending to respective C&F agent and ensuring in time clearing of the cargo.
∎ Preparing Cost sheet with Duty assessment and placing before management for necessary fund. Should be able to calculate landing cost.
∎ Maintaining strong liaison with Supply Chain & Banking personnel for in time cargo delivery.
∎ Strong coordination with Accounts department for necessary fund arrangement for document retirement and duty payment purpose.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical working knowledge in SAP S4/HANA.
∎ Good leadership ability.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
