∎ Work Place: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Responsible for sourcing and procurement of raw, Packing materials & other goods
∎ Negotiate with vendor & parties regarding best pricing and best quality
∎ To maintain other documentation related to the procurement of goods
∎ Collect quotations from various parties and prepare a comparative statement
∎ To prepare/Issue purchase order / work order and follow up with the Supplier for on-time delivery of goods
∎ To maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow-up and feedback of the delivery goods
∎ Liaison with finance & accounts department for timely payment of bills
∎ Prepare relevant documents to open L/C by ensuring competitive price as per the comparative statement
∎ Effective management of vendor enlistment and maintain a database
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have to join within short notice
∎ Minimum 3/4 years experience in any reputed Pharmaceuticals Company
Salary: Negotiable
