Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate (Science background up to HSC);
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry, Biotechnology Genetic Engineering, Bachelor of
∎ Pharmacy ( B. pharm) are preferred;
∎ Diploma in Lab Medicine, Medical Technology Other related degree will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit potential doctors and institutes to promote the services for boosting up the sales;
∎ TO generate Prescription from Doctors;
∎ To generate awareness among the public;
∎ To follow up on Collection and Outstanding;
∎ To co-ordinate between logistic, Lab, Collection Centers, Patient, Doctors;
∎ To Develop and Tag New clients and customer;
∎ To plan and schedule daily sales calls;
∎ Research and identify new market opportunities;
∎ Achieve daily, monthly and yearly sales target;
∎ Identify potential new Customer to increase business;
∎ Ensure the business growth by marketing, customer satisfaction and customer retention;
∎ Organize different events like Seminar, Health Clinic, Health Camp, Focus Meeting etc;
∎ Potential Doctors recruitment for OPI);
∎ Develop and Maintain Potential Doctor's database;
∎ Ensure the transparency in all kind of transaction;
∎ Develop and maintain B2B & B2C business;
∎ Monitor and collect information of competitor activities;
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lab and Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical Sales, Sales & Marketing (Medical Services).
∎ possess good sales techniques and negotiation skills;
∎ Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet / exceed set goals;
∎ Actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion;
∎ Active Listening, Monitoring, Speaking, Critical Thinking, Reading Comprehension, Active Learning,
∎ Coordination etc.
