∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least 3 years of experience in Audit or Accounting roles.
∎ Proven experience with the complete accounting cycle, including the end-to-end cash cycle.
∎ Experience working with ERP systems and intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
∎ Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Familiarity with the IT industry and related financial practices is a plus

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
∎ Month-End Closing: Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
∎ Audit Preparation: Assist in audit processes by preparing necessary documents and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
∎ Cash Cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end cash cycle, including monitoring cash flow, reconciling bank statements, and managing cash disbursements.
∎ ERP Management: Utilize ERP software for accurate financial reporting, data entry, and analysis.
∎ Excel Reporting: Create and maintain spreadsheets for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using MS Excel.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies, including Environmental, Safety, and Health standards.
∎ Correspondence: Manage smooth English correspondence, both online and offline, with clients and internal stakeholders.
∎ Client Support: Assist clients in obtaining necessary approvals and provide exceptional customer service.
∎ Any-other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive/Sr. Executive - Accounts & finance to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, be capable of handling the end-to-end cash cycle, and demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to close the month-end on time and manage reporting effectively.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
