Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing & negotiate price, terms & conditions with local & foreign suppliers related to local & import purchase
∎ Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
∎ Liaison and work out as per instruction of the head of department for overall strategic procurement plan to meet the best value for the company
∎ Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
∎ Bill related works for accounting & audit department, documents management. And ensuring supplier payments in time
∎ Coordination with the bank
