∎ Finalizing BOQ, Specification & Tender docs of MEP items (eg. Genset, Substation, Elevator, HVAC System, FPS System, Pumps etc.)
∎ MEP product sourcing and product development
∎ Vendor management
∎ Price negotiation and CS preparation
∎ Processing work order and agreements for procurement
∎ Ensure MEP product delivery as per agreed Specification & Timeline
∎ Ensure MEP items execution as per project schedule
∎ MEP bill certification and payment processing
∎ Maintaining MEP inventory and MEP budget forecasting

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years

Salary: Negotiable
