Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In charge of both full-stock and empty bottle inventory.
∎ Responsible for the effective storage, distribution, and warehousing of complete products.
∎ Accountable for complete products received and delivered.
∎ Check the daily stock register for full-goods.
∎ Generate ERP Challans in accordance with demand orders.
∎ Verify the daily ERP report using a physical stock inventory.
∎ Verify the monthly ERP report using a physical stock inventory.
∎ Daily at 10:30 am, deliver electronic mail to full-goods stock, forward stock, vacant stock, and the BBD Report.
∎ Please verify Time each day for vehicle deployment.
∎ Every day, vehicles are monitored.
∎ Compile and submit a monthly reconciliation report for all products.
∎ Compile and submit a monthly, semi-annual, and annual reconciliation report for all commodities.
∎ Strictly monitor and maintain FIFO.
∎ Perform daily BBD monitoring and reporting.
∎ Weekly Load Unload and transmit the bill check.
∎ Managing the billing and payment procedure for carrying contractors.
∎ Perpetrate and submit the monthly burst leakage report.
∎ Monitoring the monthly delivery of full-goods RGB versus the receipt of empty bottles.
∎ Daily BBD market return review and submission
∎ Keeping track of soiled, broken, and scuffed bottles in a designated area.
∎ Examine the overtime log and footing allowance for monthly and permanent employees.
∎ Keeping track of daily and monthly casual labor and shipper arrival and departure times.
∎ Departmental activities for others as needed.
