Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists to manage end to end recruitment process
∎ Design, develop different HR policies and update the existing ones as and when required.
∎ Prepare different HR reports periodically.
∎ Analyze manpower and justify the requirements
∎ Prepare different organograms as and when required.
∎ Coordinate & supervise people development programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years

∎ Having prior experience with retail fashion brand will add advantage
