Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Requirements:

∎ 3-5 years of experience in environmental sustainability, with a proven track record in developing and implementing sustainability programs.
∎ Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sustainability reporting tools.
∎ Certification in sustainability (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001) is an advantage.
∎ Passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship.
∎ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies and initiatives.
∎ Monitor and report on the company's environmental performance, including energy use, waste management, and carbon footprint.
∎ Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards.
∎ Conduct sustainability assessments and audits, identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations.
∎ Educate and engage employees, stakeholders, and partners on sustainability issues and practices.
∎ Prepare and present sustainability reports, proposals, and updates to senior management.
∎ Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in environmental sustainability.
∎ Foster partnerships with external organizations, NGOs, and government bodies to advance sustainability goals.
