∎ Must be B.Sc in EEE/ME from reputed university like BUET/AUST/KUET/RUET/CUET/NSU/BRAC.
∎ M.Sc./ MBA will be added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Good command over MS Office Package, Customer Handling, Customer satisfaction survey, Excellent communication skill, Excellent Reporting Skill, Presentation, Safety Audit
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electronics Quality Ensure, After Sales Service, QC & Compliance, Safety for Engineers
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster material handling equipment, Cummins alternators and Valvoline lubricants. JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic person, who will act as a single point of contact from Company end to Cummins for Safety, Quality and Compliance related issues.
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for maintaining Quality & Compliance issues of Cummins in Jakson International Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure safety & other compliance principles of Cummins are in place.
∎ Maintain liaison with Cummins regarding principles, customer related survey, quality and compliance issues.
∎ Prepare safety and compliance related report for Cummins.
∎ Assist in KPI evaluation and prepare KPI report.
∎ Communicate with customers and coordinate with Cummins to increase Net Promoter Score (NPS) of the company.
∎ Communicate with customers to promote our business and maintain necessary record of their feedback.
∎ Maintain warranty documentation of service.
∎ Coordinate with service team members and maintain service tracking.
∎ Initiate compliance related training for the team.
∎ Coordinate in Cummins XL Audit or other kinds of Audit.
∎ Maintain necessary database and send reports to Cummins.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Team building capability and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in Technical Safety, Quality & Compliance related issues with Power Solution Provider/Energy Industry.
∎ Sound knowledge in Power Generation products will be an advantage.
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply.
