Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to sourcing & procurement of Vegetables and Seasonal Products.
∎ Responsible to sourcing of potential local suppliers on regular basis, proposals through comparative study and preparation of purchase orders with competitive price.
∎ Responsible to coordination with store for routine material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
∎ Responsible to follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, short or excess supply, damaged or returned materials.
∎ Responsible to controlling the documents and ensuring all documentations as per standard.
∎ Maintains purchasing records and related documentation ( Purchased products, delivery Information & Invoices)
∎ Preparing daily/weekly/monthly purchase reports.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In case of experienced candidates age and education relaxed
∎ Well conversant on MS office, MS Power Point and E-Mail communication
∎ Ability to work independently and in under pressure
