∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Database management, Market analysis, Price forecasting, Procurement, Suppy Chain Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Process authorized requisitions from various projects.
∎
∎ - Maintain and cultivate relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring a robust supply network for various products and materials.
∎
∎ - Keep an updated database of current market rates and forecast potential significant shifts in pricing.
∎
∎ - Maintain an acute awareness of project material requirements and proactively inform top management of suitable procurement opportunities.
∎
∎ - Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for the procurement of materials.
∎
∎ - Collaborate closely with the project store department to ensure timely deliveries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Bachelor of Science in Civil/Mechanical Engineering graduates from any reputed Public or Private University.
∎
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
∎
∎ A proven track record in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
∎
∎ Profound understanding of project material requirements, vendor management, and procurement best practices.
∎
∎ Exceptional proficiency in database management, market analysis, and price forecasting.
∎
∎ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective vendor relationships.
∎
∎ Expertise in preparing detailed cost estimates for material procurement.
∎
∎ Experience in coordinating with project stores and ensuring the on-time delivery of materials.
∎
∎ Highly detail-oriented with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
∎
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
