∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set and arrange manpower according to the machines setup at shift starting
∎ Production priority setting according to the demand and communicate with down the level. (supervisors, operators and workers)
∎ Ensure quality, through checkup raw materials, machines performance to get standard output.
∎ Maintain a good communicate with other dept. (like supply chin, distribution and maintenance) to ensure raw material, FG delivery and technical support when required.
∎ Prepare and maintain production & delivery report daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Monitor the performance of the team member and solve any irregularities, machines breakdown by concerning superiors.
∎ Identify the major difficulties and breakdown of the shift and keep a record for further corrective action.
∎ To ensure the round clock production hand over the responsibilities to the next shift in charge.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the department head.

∎ Age 20 to 30 years
