Job Context:
∎ Handling the team of FOS and business development through direct sales.
∎ Experience in Export and Commercial is MUST.
∎ Ability to move inter-district is MUST
∎ Ensuring timely delivery of material from vendors.
∎ Sourcing of new materials, suppliers & collecting samples, catalogs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source and develop the Company International hard and soft goods
∎ Partner closely with the production team and internal parties to develop the product road map and provide financials, feasibility, timelines, and resources
∎ Build and maintain a relationship with domestic and overseas vendors to ensure the consistency in their raw materials and production standards
∎ Manage the overall project timelines, lead weekly cross-functional team meetings, identify risks that may affect the timeline and lead efforts to mitigate risks. Communicate the project status to all cross-functional team members
∎ Assist in compiling proposals and manages the production of individual projects
∎ Develop and maintain product specifications for hard and soft goods
∎ Source new suppliers to assess their capabilities, capacity, opportunities and quality levels
∎ Visit current suppliers in the U.S., Asia, and other territories to monitor the first production and look to expand the current business
∎ Develop product solutions in support of the Merchandise Development team’s direction and ensure that the company’s goals of product innovation and quality are achieved
∎ Drive process improvements and efficiencies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Identify new source opportunities by understanding current and future global footwear trends, trade regulations, and corporate direction.
∎ Determine methods, processes and procedures for new initiatives and coordinates related activities.
∎ Good knowledge on costing and the ability to quickly familiarize with new products.
∎ Ability to take order from clients and the ability to maintain all production-related maintenance.
∎ Comfortable working through software.
∎ Strong material sourcing and negotiation skills both from local and foreign markets.
∎ Seasoned with foreign buyer management & strong team player.
∎ Proficient with various international payment methods and logistical issues.
∎ High Level knowledge of Microsoft office.
