Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Head Office (Gulshan-02)
∎ Navana Engineering Limited (NEL) is one of the most advanced Plastics, uPVC Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing business in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product & Mold design and development independently.
∎ Design and develop all household items of Plastic as on requirement.
∎ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Research & Development and Operation Department to conceptualize, document, design and develop new product concepts.
∎ Product drafting with proper specification.
∎ Understanding technology, production methods and Materials.
∎ Working within budgets and to deadlines.
∎ Maintain Quality of design.
∎ Prepare design report weekly/monthly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Advance level working knowledge of SolidWorks is desirable.
∎ Effective Mechanical Aptitude.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill in both English & Bengal.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
∎ Build ownership on the Company, self-driven, self-motivated and will deliver the best to the Company.
Salary: Negotiable
