Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Local procurement for day to day operation of Edison Footwear Factory. Need to be expert in ERP software operation.
∎ Provide quick support to the factory personnel. May need to visit market on a regular basis.
∎ End to end responsibility from purchase to payment. Related data entry in the system and also align respective stakeholders.
∎ Cash Purchase for industrial equipment from local market.
∎ Inquire and evaluate potential vendors, Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
∎ Review quality of purchased products and on time delivery of all materials/ items/ services as per the requirement.
∎ Verifying all bill & delivery repots for further billing process.
∎ Negotiate, Re-negotiate vendor contracts in favor of the company.
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
∎ Any other task as assigned by Supervisor(s).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
