Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc & M.Sc in Microbiology from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all microbiological tests of raw materials, In-process and Finished Products.
∎ Conduct Training on different microbiological activities to Executive, Officer and Process Operators.
∎ Ensure sterile process validation (Media Fill Validation), sterilizer and microbiological test method.
∎ Ensure calibration of Microbiological Instruments.
∎ Review microbiological specification, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Test Method,
∎ User Requirement Specification (URS).
∎ Ensure microbiology environmental monitoring of aseptic area and non-sterile processing
∎ area.
∎ Prepare and monitor Microbial Test schedule of all types of water as per sampling points.
∎ Ensure microbiological quality of water, raw materials and finished products.
∎ Ensure microbiological support of process validation, cleaning validation.
∎ Maintain stock and raise requisition for all types of microbiological glassware, reagents, culture media and instruments as per requirement.
∎ Ensure Antimicrobial Preservative Effectiveness Test of products, swab test, finger printing of process operators.
∎ Keep the proper preservation of microbiological documents, records.
∎ Maintain GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), Quality Management System in Microbiology Lab.
∎ Standardize and preserve standard microorganisms, working standard and others microbiological standards
∎ Perform any other duties as and when will be asked for by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Minimum 02-03 Years experience in Microbiology Department of any reputed Pharmaceuticals Company.
∎ Must have interpersonal skill and proficiency in English and both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to work in team environment and to accept challenge.
