Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

Fly Far International is looking for a Media Buying Specialist (Executive Level) with at least 03 years of proven, hands-on experience in executing media buying campaigns. The role is highly execution-focused, covering digital media buying, website promotion, performance tracking, and basic SEO. The candidate will be directly responsible for running paid campaigns, driving traffic to the company website, and ensuring high ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end media buying execution campaign setup, targeting, bidding, daily monitoring, and optimization.
  • Run campaigns specifically designed to promote the company website, increase traffic, and generate conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Conduct basic SEO activities to support website performance keyword research, on-page optimization, and content checks.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with digital advertising trends, SEO updates, and website marketing strategies.
  • Technical Skills (Core Focus)Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Website Promotion: Traffic campaigns, remarketing, landing page optimization, conversion tracking.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager.
  • SEO (Basic): On-page optimization, keyword research, site performance tracking.
  • Tools: Excel (advanced), Google Data Studio/Looker.
  • Execution Expertise: Budget pacing, CPC/CPM bidding, CTR/CPA optimization, troubleshooting campaigns.
