Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring that the MD is properly prepared for all meetings.
∎ Oversee for making travel arrangements for the MD, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and ensuring that the MD has all necessary documents and information for travel.
∎ Direct for conducting explore on behalf of the MD, gathering information on various topics, and presenting the findings in a concise and actionable format.
∎ Coordinate for managing the MD's correspondence, responding to inquiries on behalf of the MD, and drafting and editing correspondence as needed.
∎ Direct for organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring that all necessary parties are present.
∎ Responsible for coordinating special projects as assigned by the MD, including researching, planning, and executing the projects.
∎ Coordinate for providing support to the MD, including organizing files, and handling paperwork.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure and assume job Roles & Responsibilities.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective coordination and communication abilities (Both English & Bengali).

Salary: Negotiable
