Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Marine/ Mechanical from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact with Vessel's engineer for engine condition.
∎ Maintain all machinery of the vessels to ensure it's at working standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
∎ Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
∎ Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair process & standard.
∎ Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
∎ Investigate the issues related to damage / accident of the vessel.
∎ Stay current and up to date on any changes, stock of materials and advise accordingly.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
∎ Provide technical expertise to the team.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
∎ Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
Salary: Negotiable
